2022年6月15日于格蒙登 – RECOM的QFN封装RPX系列现已符合AEC－Q100 一级认证要求。

颇受市场青睐的RECOM RPX QFN封装的DC／DC转换器现已开始提供「－Q」型号，满足了严苛的车规AEC－Q100 一级认证要求，升级后含有用于自动光学检测 （AOI）设备的「可湿侧面封装」。RPX－0．5Q和RPX－1．5Q系列转换器的输入可达36V，输出在0． 8V至30V范围内可调。RPX－0．5Q提供0．5A电流，RPX－1．5Q提供1．5A，两者均采用微型3 x 5 x 1．6mm无引线、热增强的QFN封装，降额时可在超过100°C的环境温度下工作。这是由最先进的集成和3D封装技术实现的，该技术使用引线框架上倒装芯片 （FCOL）的过模封装，不但提供低封装热阻，同时也降低制造成本和最终产品的价格。

RPX系列集成了必要的电感器，只需要外部输入和输出电容，根据客户的应用进行扩展，就可以实现全部的功能。提供开／关控制、同步输入以及电源良好输出。支持软启动并具有完善的短路、过流、过温和输入欠压保护功能。采用FCOL结构因此EMI极低，而且固定频率也使所需的额外滤波更容易实现。

这两种产品皆提供评估模块。
